About Cass English
Cass English is an independent licensed health and life insurance agent with more than two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Her career began in 2002 as a licensed insurance agent before expanding into healthcare administration.
She later served as the office manager for a hand surgeon’s practice and eventually became the Billing Manager for Kalamazoo Anesthesiology, a large anesthesia group. In that role, she developed extensive knowledge of medical billing, insurance claims, and the interaction between healthcare providers and insurance coverage.
This experience provides a unique perspective that allows Cass to help clients better understand how health insurance works in real healthcare situations.

In 2019, Cass founded English Consulting to focus on helping individuals navigate Medicare and individual health insurance coverage.
Her goal is to simplify complex insurance decisions by providing clear explanations, thoughtful comparisons, and personalized guidance.
